Job Summary:
The Program Manager will be responsible for managing timelines, ensuring clear and concise communication, and coordinating both in-person and virtual events. This individual must be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment, and skilled in problem-solving, critical thinking, and conflict resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Manage cross-functional projects, assuming overall ownership of client program success and execution.
- Maintain strong client relationships through detailed attention, leadership, and clear communication.
- Ensure projects stay within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Provide ongoing updates to internal teams and clients on live event status.
- Oversee meeting logistics for in-person and virtual events, ensuring compliance with regulatory and client guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible project and process management experience, preferably within healthcare or continuing medical education (CME).
- Experience executing live or virtual events, including pharmaceutical and promotional events.
- Ability to travel ~40% of the time and cover occasional evening/weekend events.
Compensation range: $70k - $80k annually
Bonus Eligible:
- This position is also eligible for a discretionary company bonus, based upon business results.
