Decision Technologies seeks a qualifiedProgram Manager III to join our team in Largo, FL

MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE

Position Description:

Provide CEC Program Director and Production Manager with on-site technical oversight and programmatic support to verify/validate system design, ensure compliance to specifications, monitor production schedules, accept system deliveries, integrate and test system equipment and computer programs, evaluate operational suitability, develop / review Class I and II ECP's, provide Fleet interface for logistics support, oversee contractor production execution and depot operations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Monitor the execution of CEC Production and Repair contracts at RTX. Equipment includes USG-2B, USG-3B, and Signal Data Processor Sierra (SDP-S).
  • Provide technical assistance on CASREPs through root cause analysis and product support.
  • Track assembly, production, test, and delivery of contract items to ensure they meet quality, schedule, and performance.
  • Perform assessment and inspections on production and repair items such as Production Readiness reviews (PRRs), Physical Configuration Assessments (PCAs), First Article Tests, and System Integration Tests.
  • Conduct technical investigations related to design deficiencies, evaluate proposed technical solutions, and develop Class II and Class I Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) as needed.
  • Advise and analyze the implementation of engineering changes for the combat weapons systems.
  • Develop technical reports framing technical issues and recommending resolutions. Support Fleet CASREPs as needed from the production or repair line.
  • Oversee the building, testing, and repair of the CEC AN-USG-xB systems and the CEC Signal Data Processor (SDP).
  • Provide technical direction for development of CEC hardware and software upgrades, advanced and anti-tamper capabilities, and in-service logistics and sustainment.
  • Manage production and repair of systems and components; integrate and test system hardware and software; inspect and accept system products.
  • Troubleshoot faults and perform root cause analyses, expedite resolution of surface and air fleet issues with CEC hardware, software, system-of-systems interfaces, networks, and logistics.
  • Provide acquisition program management with systems engineering direction for Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) radar data fusion network system development, sustainment, and production contracts.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • 20 years of experience with surveillance systems
  • 8 years of experience with CEC
  • BS in Engineering

Desired Qualifications:

  • MBS in Engineering

Travel Requirements:

  • 25%
