Job DescriptionAs a People Solutions Analyst specializing in Global Offboarding & Transfer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Mid to Late Employee Lifecycle processes for a global workforce of over 30,000 employees. You will collaborate closely with employees, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and key stakeholders to monitor, resolve and support transfer and termination cases, partnering with cross functional teams to ensure a seamless experience. Your proactive approach will help foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure efficient, consistent execution of our People Solutions operational strategy. Essential Functions: In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met, managing workload across various supported regions, and contributing to ongoing Continuous Improvement and Transformation Initiatives. Your innovative mindset and attention to detail will be critical for delivering high quality service and driving process enhancements. Key areas of responsibility:

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 74,900.00 to 105,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
