View our Corporate Values and Mission Statement here. A Taste of What You'll Do The Engineering department is searching for appropriate candidates to fill 6-month positions in our Internship Program. Working closely with Engineers throughout the company interns will be responsible for managing and leading projects in the following areas: Potential roles are as follows: Facilities Engineering Identify, plan and execute industrial glass, infrastructure, electrical utilities, and commercial building projects from the initial concept to final implementation and leveraging cross-functional teams to ensure that all business needs are met Reliability & Maintenance Engineering Create preventative maintenance strategies and perform risk analysis for our bottling/spirits and harvest site equipment to prevent unplanned downtime and costs. Bottling Project Engineering Manage projects from concept to startup and leverage cross-functional partners to deliver customer requirements across Gallo's bottling facilities. Cellar Project Engineering Manage projects from concept to startup and leverage cross-functional partners to deliver customer requirements across Gallo's cellar facilities. Winery Project Engineering Manage projects from concept to startup and leverage cross-functional partners to deliver customer requirements across Gallo's winery facilities. Supply Chain Engineering Deliver the product from bottling to the Customer as quickly and efficiently as possible by gathering and analyzing data, utilizing automation, focusing on continuous improvement, and managing projects throughout their lifecycles.
