A Taste of What You'll Do

GALLO is excited to invite passionate individuals to apply for our 6-8 week Sales Internship Program. This unique opportunity is designed to immerse you in our dynamic Sales organization, offering hands-on experience through job shadowing and training across various roles and projects. You will have the chance to engage with different facets of our business, collaborate with management, and develop innovative solutions to real-world challenges. We're committed to nurturing the next generation of leaders in a diverse and inclusive environment.

During the internship, you will rotate through key commercial assignments, starting as a Field Sales Representative, where you'll gain insights into retail sales, merchandising, and management techniques. As you progress, you'll work alongside a Market Development Manager to understand brand objectives and training roles, and with a Business Intelligence Manager to explore strategic business facets like new product launches and pricing strategies. Additionally, you'll have the chance to learn from managers in other areas such as Spirits, Fine Wine, and Shopper Marketing.

Your journey will culminate in completing a project tailored to your interests, which you'll present to our management team, showcasing your findings and solutions. This experience is not just about learning but about making a tangible impact.

Our internship is offered in multiple locations, including Chicago, Boston, Tampa, New Jersey, DC, Charlotte, New York, Minnesota, Indiana, California, Detroit, New Hampshire, and Dallas. What You'll Need

  • Currently enrolled at a college or university and working towards a Bachelor's degree; OR have obtained a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Candidate is required to have a valid driver's license, a safe driving record and reliable vehicle (if applicable) at the time of hire. This position will undergo a motor vehicle check (MVR) to confirm a history of safe and responsible driving. If needed, candidate must obtain the appropriate state driver's license based on the position's location within 30 days of hire.
  • Required to be 21 years of age or older.
  • Required to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
  • Required to travel up to 40% of the time to perform job duties.
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
