Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking an Operations Specialist to support the Dayton Program Management Office by providing daily direct operational support and assistance to the Program Managers managing multi-million dollar contracts for the U.S. Air Force, Department of Defense, and other government agencies.



Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

    Reviewing, editing, and compiling Program Deliverables/ Status Reports.
  • Reviewing, processing and tracking employee travel requests.
  • Performing on-boarding/ off-boarding activities of new/ departing employees.
  • Recording, maintaining, and tracking accurate notes and meeting minutes as required.
  • Maintaining accurate equipment/supply records.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of contract tasks, deliverables, and suspense tracking.
  • Interacting with employees, task leads, business partners, government, and clients as necessary.
  • Acts as employee local liaison to Program Managers and corporate staff.
  • Planning and assisting in business meeting and events such as job fairs, employee gatherings, etc.
  • Other duties as needed or directed by Program Managers.


Education, Requirements and Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office products, including but not limited to
    • Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Experience in Time keeping tools (Deltek, Costpoint)
  • Experience in Travel/Expense Management software (SAP Concur)
  • Records Management skills
  • Effective Communications skills
  • Organizational Skills
  • Knowledge of DoD, USAF, and government contracts preferred
  • Knowledge of Project Management principles preferred
  • After hours work and occasional travel may be required
