Credence is seeking a Multimedia Specialist to support the Executive Offices of the Director (EOD) of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), including the missions of the Office of Public Affairs (OPA), the Resource Planning Office (RPO), and the Office of General Counsel (OGC), Office of Integrity and Compliance (OIC), among other offices that report to the Director's Office (DO), Deputy Director's Office (DDO), and Associate Deputy Director's Office (ADDO).



Salary Range

Full pay range for this position is $100,000 to $115,000 per year, with the starting wage determined based on candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, as well as budget availability.



Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

    Support OPA photography needs, such as the operation of the portrait studio, taking portrait photos of FBI executives and other personnel, and covering photography for special events.

  • Produce videos and assist with the planning, executing, and editing of digital media content production.

  • Produce graphics and other digital content to accompany FBI web postings and features.

  • Produce graphics and other digital content to support OPA projects.

  • Assist in podcast production and audio on other OPA projects.

  • Utilize various web-based platforms to organize and communicate work projects as needed.

  • Ensure all content has been reviewed and approved by all appropriate FBI entities.

  • Research, interpret, implement, and adhere to federal policies and guidelines.

  • Communicate with OPA staff and management, senior FBI executives, and other FBI entities regarding high-level events and requests.



Education, Requirements and Qualifications

  • Top Secret security clearance is required.

  • BA, BS, or advanced degree, or an additional 3 years of experience in journalism, communications strategy, photography, video production, digital art, marketing, public affairs, or a relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience capturing footage and shooting digital content, including photos and videos.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience editing and manipulating digital photos and videos using professional editing software.

  • Capturing professional footage using digital Nikon or Canon cameras.

  • Working with Adobe Creative Cloud products.

  • Technical skills working in a content management system or similar technology.

  • Working on teams, specifically with members with diverse skill sets as well as members internal and external to their immediate working groups.

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal communications, and negotiation skills to include experience coordinating or communicating with executives.

  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills, including prioritizing multiple tasks or customer requests and making decisions under pressure or in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Achieving results in high-pressure environments requiring professional deliverables with a quick turn-around.

Desired:

  • Experience with portrait and special event photography.
  • Experience editing and creating motion graphics. Knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
  • Capturing professional footage using 360-degree filming.
  • Working with executives or similar personnel.
  • Working with the US intelligence community or law enforcement.
  • Knowledge of or experience working with the FBI.
