JOB SUMMARY: We're looking for a strategic, user-centric Product Manager. This role is perfect for someone passionate about creating intuitive, high-impact digital experiences that serve both customers and developers for our Portals, Online Marketplace and Developer Hub. You'll own the product vision and roadmap for portals, online marketplace, and developer hub. Define and execute product strategies across multiple digital touchpoints. Collaborate with Product Owners, Architecture, UX, marketing, and support teams to deliver high-impact features. Gather and analyze user feedback and behavioral data to inform product decisions. Prioritize features and enhancements based on business goals and user needs. Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle-from ideation to launch and iteration. Translate business goals and user needs into clear, actionable product requirements. Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement. Serve as the voice of the customer throughout development. Document product specifications, policies, and business rules. Support internal teams with training, communications, and operational readiness. Contribute to go-to-market strategies and customer proposals. Lead or assist with strategic projects that elevate our market position. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data protection standards. Uphold and promote the company's core values.
