We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Coordinator to support Clinical Engineering. This role plays a pivotal part in both administrative and operational functions, ensuring day-to-day support for our teams and internal stakeholders.
This position requires excellent organizational skills, a high level of professionalism and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include assisting with budget development, inventory management and invoice processing, as well as, serving as the first point of contact for incoming service requests. The Business Coordinator will answer phones, dispatch technicians, and assign work orders.
Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent Bachelor's Degree preferred. Experience: 2 years relevant experience required. Licensure: None required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs. Position Compensation Range: $19.50 - $38.99 Hourly Benefits
