About the role:

As a Reliability Expert, you will lead and coordinate a team of specialists to develop and implement innovative reliability testing methodologies across Electrolux's global product portfolio. You'll be at the forefront of shaping how we ensure long-lasting performance and quality in our appliances.

You'll work within the Reliability & Components Lab, driving new projects and variant developments based on customer needs. This role blends technical leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to elevate our reliability standards and accelerate innovation.

What you'll do:

As a Reliability Expert, you will be responsible for leading the development of advanced reliability testing strategies and methodologies. You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our products meet the highest standards of durability and performance.

In detail, you will:

  • Coordinate team goals and align them with broader organizational objectives

  • Define and develop new test methodologies, including accelerated degradation analysis

  • Apply RRA methodology and DFR elements to control design changes

  • Create and manage reliability test plans in accordance with Electrolux specifications

  • Support technical solution development across components, modules, and products

  • Lead Reliability Growth test planning and execution

  • Ensure lab resource participation in global projects

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test manuals

  • Minimize redundancies in testing and analysis processes

  • Extend reliability practices across teams, regions, and stakeholders

  • Collaborate with universities, tech centers, and trade fairs for innovation

  • Build and manage a supplier network to support lab growth

  • Share best practices and know-how across the global lab community

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field

  • 5+ years of experience

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and fluency in English

  • Skilled in FMEA and project planning methodologies

  • Team-oriented and comfortable in a complex, international matrix organization

  • Structured, self-organized, and results-driven

Where you'll be:

You will be based at our Springfield, TN location. Occasional international travel may be required to collaborate with global teams and partners.
