Job Title: Custodian/General Cleaner Location: Tomball, TX 77375 Duration: 12 months Contract Job Mode: On-Site Pay rate: $15.00/Hour on W2 without benefits Job Description: Cleans area to standards set by the college and/or supervisor. Duties include, but are not limited to: dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, washing windows, cleaning and restocking restrooms, picking up and emptying trash. Assigned area(s) cover the entire campus complex and may include but are not limited to: classrooms, offices, library resource center, restrooms, locker room, cafeteria, hallways, stairways, elevators and common areas. Set up or break down of tables, chairs and rooms. Maintains safety standards at all times including: using equipment properly, identifying unsafe areas to students/faculty/others, lifting, stooping and bending properly. Performs additional job-related duties, within reason and capabilities as directed. Hours must be flexible, majority of work will be after hours. Must have reliable transportation.
