Job Family Admin & Business Services Discipline Administrative Support Career Level B3 Salary Range $48,600 - $68,000 Note for Salary This is the range within which SRNS expects the majority of qualified candidates would enter this role if offered. Actual offers may be more or less than the amounts shown depending on candidate's qualifications, experience, internal equity, and other factors. Job Family Description Administrative and business services professionals provide various office and location support activities. They identify, enhance, and follow specific processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the business to which the support is being provided, and ensure the correct functioning of facilities, office and/or business support services. Discipline Description Administrative professionals provide clerical, secretarial, or administrative support to employees or groups in the organization. They use business software applications to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc. They may screen and direct incoming calls, visitors, mail and email, maintain files, records, and calendars, and arrange business travel, coordinate meeting arrangements, and/or track expenses. Some Typical Duties & Responsibilities Include: Providing executive assistant support to the ESH&Q Senior Vice President's office, his direct staff, ESH&Q HRBP, and various other work groups involves a range of functions aimed at ensuring efficient office management and operational continuity. Required Qualifications * Associate's degree in relevant field plus completion of applicable certification or on-the-job training plus at least 1.5 years of experience (YOE) in an applicable role, OR High school diploma plus completion of applicable certification or on-the-job training plus at least three YOE in an applicable role We'd Also Like to See Demonstrated proficiency in the following: Career Band Administrative Support Career Band Description * Roles in this band contribute to the business processes to achieve results by providing administrative support to others who use the resulting information, materials, and/or analysis Career Level Description Requires full proficiency gained through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience to perform a range of tasks; identifies key issues and patterns from conflicting data; completes work with limited degree of supervision, and may act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience. Security Clearance Information SRNS is required by DOE to conduct a pre-employment drug & alcohol test and background review that includes checks of personal references, credit, criminal records, and employment history, and education verifications. Positions with SRNS may require applicants to obtain and maintain a DOE L or Q-level security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship. Factors such as pre-employment background review results, dual citizenship status, and unpaid and/or unfiled taxes may impact your ability to obtain a security clearance.
