Farnsworth Group is seeking an ambitious, highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join our growing, national, award-winning marketing team in the below posting location. In this role, you will work with our corporate marketing group collaborating with business development strategy leaders, project professionals and firm principals nationwide. The Marketing Specialist will champion compelling statements of qualifications, winning proposals, develop creative content, interview presentations and supportive marketing materials that reinforce the Company's brand.


Posting Location for this role: Frisco, TX


Job Activities:

  • Lead and support the development of statements of qualifications, proposals, and interview presentations - from proposal management, content development and document production.
  • Work concurrently on a variety of projects; establish and manage timelines and assignments as needed to complete effective submittals under tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with our technical teams to drive strategy, define narrative approach and write persuasive content to influence the client's decision-making.
  • Work within a team and build effective relationships with all levels of internal team, including technical and non-technical staff.
  • Develop additional marketing content and collateral including brochures, photography, advertising, conferences.
  • Contribute ideas and content regarding website and social media strategies.
  • Be detail-oriented and set high standards for quality and critical thinking skills.
  • Update project data and organize information for ease of use in electronic structure and database of information


Qualifications


  • 3+ years of professional experience writing marketing content and managing multiple projects from beginning to end; preference given to individuals with previous engineering or architectural firm experience
  • BA/BS in marketing, public relations, communications or a related field
  • Must demonstrate both strong written and oral communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented in a deadline-driven environment
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to present and communicate ideas clearly to target audiences
  • Outstanding eye for design and presentation; photography and photo composition skills a plus
  • Digital and/or social media experience beneficial
  • Experience/Interest in video editing
