Role Description:

As a Financial Systems Analyst, you'll play a vital role in supporting the technical systems that drive Safety National's Finance operations. In this highly collaborative, entry-level professional position, you'll work closely with teams across General Ledger, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Financial Reporting, IFRS Accounting, and Information Systems. Your primary responsibilities will include managing core Finance systems, supporting system integrations, troubleshooting data anomalies, and developing reports that support Finance initiatives. You will also help test operational systems that impact Finance and assist in implementing technical solutions to improve performance and efficiency. Qualifications:

Education:
A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO. All employees are required to submit work from home requests and follow our Work From Home policy, which will be provided to all candidates selected to interview.
• 1 or more years of relevant experience
• Understanding of basic SQL and database concepts
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Familiarity with financial statements

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on customer service

In our vision to be First with Co-Workers, compensation is only one piece of the comprehensive total rewards package we offer. The target base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,500. Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
