Shift: 1st, 5:00am-1:30pm, Monday-Friday

As a CNC Technician you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!

Primary Responsibilities

• Translate specifications into computer commands so machines can perform the correct function
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines
• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet requirements
• Monitor machine operation to detect any problems or errors
• Perform routine machine maintenance and repair minor damages
• Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications
• Maintain detailed records for each job, including materials used, machine settings, and quality control results
• Ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company
• Manage and update CNC programs as needed
• Adherent to all safety and health regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications

• Must be CNC certified
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
