The Global Internal Mobility & Changes Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end cross boarding process for employees transitioning to new roles within National Grid, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. This includes overseeing and executing all tasks related to internal moves, from supporting the employee and hiring manager, through to coordinating tasks for all stakeholders. The role also involves managing the transition plan between the current and new manager, ensuring documentation is completed and visas are still valid where applicable. The role also provides continuous support and oversight on 'mover' activities from Day 1 to Day 30 in the new role. Additionally, the specialist will coordinate outbound global mobility moves for internal employees taking on global assignments, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and smooth transitions.
