Job Description

Sellers and Associates is seeking an experienced Curriculum Developer with deep expertise in Navy C4I (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence) systems to support PMW-760 in the development of an End-to-End (E2E) training solution as part of the Overall Combat System Operability Test (OCSOT) for Pinnacle 27. This training effort will ensure Sailors are proficient in identifying and troubleshooting system failures, isolating faults, and restoring C4I systems to mission-ready status.

This role focuses on building, managing, and delivering a comprehensive, certifiable E2E training curriculum that integrates into the Navy's material readiness and fleet training cycles.

Job Requirements

  • Develop and advise PMW-760 on the design and implementation of an End-to-End C4I systems training curriculum, aligned with OCSOT goals.

  • Coordinate and manage training strategies, delivery modes (virtual, hybrid, in-person), and execution timelines in support of the Navy's maintenance and readiness objectives.

  • Evaluate existing Programs of Record (POR) training effectiveness and identify gaps in current fielded C4I systems training products.

  • Collaborate across Navy stakeholders (PEO/PMWs, NAVWAR 4.0, IWTG, ATG, etc.) to synchronize training efforts with current and emerging C4I capability builds.

  • Coordinate with C4I baseline managers to align training with current variants and configurations in the fleet.

  • Identify and propose resources (funding, facilities, virtualization, equipment) needed to support high-quality E2E training implementation.

  • Assist in the design of verifiable, step-by-step procedures that assess operability and material condition of the shipboard combat system at both the Unit and Force level.

  • Support development of test events to evaluate C4I system functionality across mission and warfare areas during the Fleet Readiness Training Plan (FRTP) cycle.

  • Provide regular project updates and briefs to PMW-760 leadership and attend recurring Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings.

  • Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for training development and delivery milestones.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Navy systems training development, logistics, or C4I operations.

  • Background working with NAVWAR, PEO C4I, or PMW programs.

  • Experience developing curriculum or training plans for complex systems-of-systems environments.

  • Familiarity with Navy modernization and maintenance cycles.

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs)
- Extensive knowledge of Navy C4I systems and training architecture.
- Prior experience supporting the development and delivery of systems-based training and readiness evaluation tools.
-Familiarity with Navy training programs including Fleet Readiness Training Plan (FRTP), Afloat Training Group (ATG), Information Warfare Training Group (IWTG), and related commands.
-Demonstrated understanding of Combat System readiness evaluation procedures and timelines.
