Why Join ORC?

The Right Work. The Right People. The Right Culture.

This is not a maintenance role-it's a growth role. We're looking for a Divisional Director who sees a $5M gap and says, "What are we going to do about it?" Someone who takes ownership of results, builds creative solutions, and drives impact with speed and purpose.

If you're a builder, a connector, and a relentless problem-solver who wants to shape the future of infrastructure and communities, this role is for you. This role is for a leader who cares...about the results, the clients, the team and building something that lasts.

What You'll Do

  • Grow the Business: Create and execute a divisional business plan that expands market share, builds client trust, and drives profitability.
  • Be the Face of ORC: Build deep, strategic relationships with utilities, agencies, and partners; influence at the table and in the field.
  • Lead with Grit and Heart: Inspire and manage a high-performing team, mentoring future leaders and holding yourself and others to high standards.
  • Drive Results Relentlessly: Spot opportunities, close deals, and step into challenges with urgency-never letting complacency settle in.
  • Innovate and Hustle: Bring new ideas to the table, challenge the status quo, and harness technology and data to work smarter.
  • Own the Numbers: Oversee $5M+ project portfolios, manage budgets, and take accountability for hitting divisional goals.

Who You Are

  • A builder of business with entrepreneurial drive-you don't wait for instructions; you create the path.
  • A fanatic about responsiveness-clients, partners, and team members know you follow through fast and with excellence.
  • A strategic thinker and doer-equally comfortable in the weeds of project execution and in the boardroom influencing clients.
  • A persuasive communicator-you can negotiate, inspire, and win buy-in across diverse stakeholders.
  • A leader of leaders-you mentor, challenge, and elevate your team, modeling ownership and high performance.
  • A customer-obsessed operator-you study your clients' world and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
  • A tech-forward learner-savvy with tools, data, and digital platforms, and always looking for smarter ways to work.

  • Health, dental, and vision benefits
  • 401(k) with company match and disability coverage
  • Paid time off, sick time, and holidays
  • Tuition reimbursement and professional training
