We are seeking dedicated professionals to ensure appropriate staffing levels in our inpatient psychiatric hospital setting. The role involves providing direct care and support to patients, ensuring their well-being and safety.

• Supervise patients and ensure their safety and comfort.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patient responses.
• Produce accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to alleviate direct care staffing shortages.
