The Position

The Opportunity:

The Digital Lab Insights Enterprise Marketing Leader is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for Roche Information Solutions (RIS) Digital portfolio aligned to Diagnostics Insights (DIx) Customer Area. This role requires leadership through influence to develop and deliver our digital enterprise strategy which is aligned and integrated across our franchises. This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams both globally and locally to drive product development, commercialization, and market adoption of digital diagnostic solutions. This position leads our local marketing management team in digital portfolio through informal reporting to ensure our strategy and execution of digital enables us to achieve our business objectives and deliver for our customers in digital. Finally, this role also owns product management responsibilities for select digital products which are enterprise in nature (spanning multiple franchises).

Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions.

Job Facts:

  • Lead enterprise digital marketing strategy for the Lab Insights portfolio, aligning across franchises and teams to drive unified direction and execution.

  • Own product management for key digital products (e.g., navify integrator and security suites), ensuring lifecycle alignment with enterprise goals.

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies, including go-to-market plans, digital metrics, competitor analysis, and positioning across global markets.

  • Drive collaboration across functions, acting as the primary interface between RDC and RIS to scale Lab Insights in the U.S. and standardize cross-functional processes.

  • Oversee market research and user experience testing to inform product development, feature design, and targeted marketing approaches.

  • Support commercialization efforts, leading development of digital deliverables, promotions, documentation, and omnichannel launch strategies.

  • Foster internal capability building, including coaching teams, ensuring digital alignment across franchises, and identifying enterprise-level synergy opportunities.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales, or related business or scientific field

  • 5 years of progressive marketing experience with at least 3 years focused on digital products

  • Proven experience in digital product marketing, including strategy development, customer journey mapping, segmentation, and analytics.

  • Skilled in market analysis and product positioning, with a strong focus on value creation and aligning digital products with customer needs.

  • Strong understanding of digital technologies and platforms relevant to diagnostic and healthcare solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability to align digital initiatives with enterprise strategies and effectively influence across organizational boundaries.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of motivating teams, simplifying complex concepts, and thriving under pressure.

Preffered Skills:

  • MBA

  • 8 years of progressive marketing experience or equivalent work experience

  • Three to five years of previous management or supervisory experience

  • Prior healthcare experience

  • Experience with regulatory requirements for digital health products

  • Prior experience working in globally matrixed environment

  • Demonstrated success in enterprise-wide digital initiatives that span multiple business units or product lines

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis, IN is $127,500 - $236,700. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.This position is eligible to earn incentive compensation that is calculated and paid in accordance with the applicable Incentive Compensation Plan for the role.
