Position Summary:
Are you passionate about data and systems, and eager to make a meaningful impact? As a Supply chain and Data Analyst, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing data systems to support business operations. You'll collaborate across teams to ensure data accuracy, streamline processes, and drive improvements. Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the US Therapy Supply Chain teams by producing a variety of daily / weekly / monthly reports, ensuring all standard reports are delivered Right First Time and 100% on Time.
  • Understand all US Customer Supply Chain Key Performance Indicator (KPIs), data flows and be able to interrogate data to drive improvement.
  • Execute complex digital solutions including reports, scorecards and dashboards based on specifications as requested.
  • Automate regular tasks utilizing digital and AI solutions (where applicable) to ensure workflow is more efficient.
  • Conduct periodical training to US Regional Therapy Supply Chain Team members, etc. in the use of new tools, supply chain management processes relevant to their role
  • Continuous improvement of the monitoring tools, guidelines, etc. including development of existing tools and proactive adjustment of existing models based on business conditions to support more efficient processes within Regional Therapy Supply Chain Operations.
  • Be involved in continuous improvement activities and work with a diverse group of people in a productive manner to understand customer needs through periodical surveys, feedback, etc. to ensure data is user-friendly to support day to day operations.
  • Stay informed of new advances and approaches in supply chain technology to apply the best practices within the organization to improve supply chain processes.
  • Creation of documentation to ensure all data transformation and data validation processes meet both external and internal auditing, also to ensure that processes can successfully be replicated to other geographical areas or countries.
  • Provide backup support for Regional Therapy supply chain operations

Qualifications/Skills

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent level of experience (e.g., data analytics, Logistics, Supply Chain, Demand or Operational Management).
  • 3+ years of experience in continuous improvement, data management, supply chain analysis, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with supply chain or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Familiarity with supply chain or logistics processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience in project management or process improvement initiatives.
  • Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Work Environment:
This role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days per week in the office. The position is based in the United States Philadelphia FMC or Durham NC.
