Job Description: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Supervises staff members at assigned work site, including hiring and training, delegating work, evaluating job performance, and assuring continuity/back-up of daily operations. Maintains ICS business systems and processes (e.g. scheduling appointments, initiating insurance applications, arranging transportation, assisting with food and housing, etc.)., consistent with SCS's standardized care coordination practices; regularly evaluates ICS business systems and processes to ensure adherence to SCS's standards; identifies and resolves problems with existing systems and processes and as needed, makes recommendations for improving existing systems and processes. Runs, or ensures that others run, miscellaneous daily, weekly, and monthly reports (e.g., hospital discharge reports, generic event reports by site, etc.) and, upon request, special reports; assesses validity of reports; when reports are inaccurate, engages in problem-solving to correct inaccuracies. Delegates duties to appropriate staff. Coordinates maintenance and repair of equipment and manages inventory of office supplies. Serves as coordinator for technology services, purchasing requisitions, and everyday business functions. Serves as liaison for Human Resources including training, regular supervisions, coaching, and disciplinary actions, liaison with payroll, etc. Coordinates CHW program, ensuring staff are trained and maintain certifications. Serves as liaison with Accounts Receivable to ensure CHW Billing is processed timely and accurately. Monitors divisions fiscal status and participates in the planning / budget development process. Demonstrates interpersonal skills that enhance communication with both internal and external customers. Documentation and performance improvement duties Completes annually required training according to established time frames. Adheres to zero tolerance for patient abuse and maintains an ethical standard for treatment of patients. Participates in the orientation and success of new employees through direct supervision, 90-day evaluations, and goal setting. Follows established regulatory personnel and department standards include guidelines for proper professional development and maintenance of competent skill levels through internal and external resources.
