Business Analyst

We're looking for a skilled and analytical Business Analyst to join our team, playing a key role in integrating tactical software capabilities into advanced cloud environments. You will help bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex operational needs into clear, actionable requirements for cloud-based solutions. You'll elicit, analyze, and document business processes and requirements, and ensure they align with the strategic goals of our cloud integration initiatives. You will collaborate closely with engineers and subject matter experts to define user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.

You'll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you'll guide your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you'll deliver high business value products to defense clients. Your ability to understand both the intricacies of tactical software and the possibilities of cloud platforms across major Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) will be critical.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or systems analyst

• Experience translating stakeholder needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria

• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements

• Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams

• Ability to work in Agile or iterative development environments

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree in a Business, Computer Science, or Information Systems field

Nice If You Have:

• 5+ years of experience in technical business analysis, including in defense, tactical, or mission-driven environments

• Experience working with or integrating solutions across multiple Cloud Service Providers (CSPs)

• Knowledge of tactical software systems or mission applications used by defense or government sectors

• Knowledge of DevSecOps pipelines, CI/CD tools, or cloud-native development practices

• Knowledge of data flow mapping, systems integration, and user journey modeling

• Possession of excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
