People Advisor The People Advisor executes core People Operations in the location assigned including employee changes or updates, document management, and reporting. The People Advisor responds to HR-related requests and helps colleagues and leaders with find proper resources to address their needs. They provide employee care at the site and educate them on the Service Delivery Model, effectively handle Workday cases, help with escalations as needed & be a point of contact on resolving routine employee queries. Required Qualifications & Skills:
Job Type:Full Time This role requires to be On-Site 5 days per week and may provide remote support to other sites within the region. Salary: $24/hr - $28/hr* *The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
