About the opportunity
The Associate Business Application Analyst will be responsible for maintaining the SWCA SharePoint Online intranet, project sites, our extensive set of Power Platform productivity apps, and assisting with the administration of our Office365 environment. In the role of Associate Business Application Analyst, this person will be our champion and help us grow SharePoint based collaboration by our corporate and environmental science project teams. Aiding them in setting up sites, managing files and information sharing via OneDrive and MS Teams. Additionally, this person will help us migrate the remaining handful of Classic sites to the modern templates. In addition, we have leveraged the modern Power Platform creating site plugins and productivity apps (~40) for business staff and exclusively leveraging Power Automate flows for all data workflows within the SharePoint environment. In this role as Associate Business Application Analyst, you will maintain the existing applications, enhancing and fixing bugs. You will also work with business staff to gather requirements and create new Power Apps. Comfortable working in a highly collaborative team and effective in a constantly evolving technology environment. Naturally and innately curious, a lifelong learner. This is a full-time, regular, benefits-eligible position and can be worked in a hybrid or remote capacity. An employee in this corporate based position can expect a pay rate of $34-$44/hour. Actual pay within this range may depend on experience, qualifications, geographic location, client requirements where applicable, and other factors permitted by law. Regular-status employees are also eligible for performance bonuses.
