The Sales Operations Manager will support and optimize CBE's business development engine. This position is integral to driving sales process discipline, pipeline acceleration, and strategic insight across CBE's BPO service lines. The Sales Operations Manager will have a deep understanding of sales execution and the operational rigor to support high-performing, metrics-driven teams. This position will improve efficiency, driving accountability, and equipping the sales team with the tools and insights they need to succeed. The Sales Operations Manager will play a critical role in aligning strategy with execution and ensuring scalable, sustainable revenue growth.

Job Details:

  • Maintain ownership of the sales process from an operational perspective
  • Ensure alignment with defined sales stages, qualification criteria, and funnel expectations
  • Monitor deal progression and proactively identify points of friction
  • Administer and optimize CRM systems (HubSpot or equivalent), including pipeline configuration, automation, and reporting
  • Promote high data integrity and drive adoption across the sales organization
  • Evaluate and manage other tools within the sales technology stack
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, pipeline health, and sales team performance
  • Provide accurate and timely reports to leadership for forecasting and strategic planning
  • Identify performance trends and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Identify operational gaps and implement scalable processes that increase efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align tools, training, and materials with sales process needs
  • Ensure consistent documentation of processes, policies, and best practices
  • Partner with sales and executive leadership to support planning and goal setting
  • Analyze historical data to inform strategy and resource allocation
  • Assist in territory planning, campaign execution, and proposal coordination
  • Work closely with marketing to align campaign efforts with sales follow-up
  • Coordinate with finance to support forecasting and compensation modeling
  • Support learning and development teams to ensure training and tools reflect operational reality
  • Lead change management initiatives by supporting team adoption of new tools, workflows, and reporting standards
  • Deliver training, create documentation, and provide ongoing support to drive adoption

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales support roles required
  • Prior experience in a B2B, BPO, contact center, or professional services environment preferred
  • Background in sales or sales leadership strongly desired
  • Expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and familiarity with sales enablement technologies preferred
  • Proven ability to manage and interpret complex data sets and convert them into strategic insight
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills; comfortable providing feedback and guidance to peers and leaders
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly analytical

The starting pay range for this position is $115,000 - $130,000/year. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience.
