Pay | $38 - $50 per hour

Schedule | Monday - Friday (7 AM - 3:30 PM)

Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of HVAC-related work experience
  • Leadership experience
  • EPA Universal certification
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly
  • A valid driver's license
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills



Job Summary:

In this role, you'll lead and perform hands-on work on commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration equipment across multiple buildings. You'll drive timely, high-quality service, guide a team of HVAC Technicians, and support a world-class facility with preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of complex HVAC systems

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead, schedule, and supervise a team of HVAC Technicians for maintenance and repairs
  • Deliver preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance for commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC components: boilers, chillers, steam systems, air handlers, ductwork, fan motors, pulleys, and condensate systems
  • Understand and implement HVAC control systems and sequencing of operations
  • Manage EPA-compliant refrigerant use, recovery, and documentation
  • Utilize multiple trade skills-electrical, plumbing, carpentry, roofing, painting-to resolve maintenance issues efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, pre-task planning, and regulatory procedures
  • Identify, order, and manage HVAC parts, supplies, and tools for efficient workflow
  • Oversee documentation-complete service reports and communicate clearly with supervisors, customers, and vendors via computer/email
  • Build strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and fellow team members
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
