The Charging Operations team ensures that Tesla continues to deliver the best possible charging customer experience through proactive engagement and growth of the global charging network. The Tesla Diner Sr Facilities Manager is a member of the Charging Operations team, responsible for facility management, vendor coordination, and asset management of our new diner in Hollywood, CA. We launched our diner late-July 2025, which is home to 250+ occupant dining, drive-in movie screens, 80 supercharger stalls open to all NACs-compatible electric vehicles, providing an unparalleled and immersive customer experience for charging, dining, and enjoyment. This position will be based in Los Angeles, CA and must be available to work weekends and on holidays.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for facility management to ensure 24/7 operations runs smoothly for the overall location, including vendor management, asset management, de-escalations, and vendor coordination
- Lead financial and performance reviews of the location with vendors and internal stakeholder teams
- Develop and improve site safety, traffic coordination and compliance plans & serve as a point of escalation with internal teams and external vendors
- Review customer and vendor feedback in collaboration with the Experience Specialist, internal teams and vendors to continuously improve customer experience and financial performance
- Responsible for development and execution of site safety, traffic coordination, noise monitoring plans
- Escalate and follow through on high-priority issues effectively and in a timely manner
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations; perform inspections, identify hazards, and implement risk mitigation strategies
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Facilities Management, or relevant field of study, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management, or equivalent experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and effective communicator
- Strategic problem solver, with experience overcoming complex operational challenges
- Adaptability to manage diverse tasks with changing priorities

Expected Compensation
$95,000 - $176,700/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
