DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented IT Manager to join our team in Systems/Information Technology in Atlanta, GA.

  • Ensuring Compliance & Security You'll uphold IT policies, processes, and security standards, ensuring your team meets all compliance and control requirements.
  • Championing Continuous Improvement Through Six Sigma training and goal attainment, you will foster a culture of quality, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Leading Program & Project Governance You'll provide leadership and oversight for all initiatives your team supports, ensuring alignment with business priorities and successful execution.
  • Strengthening Business Partnerships By engaging with customers and applying Business Relationship Management practices, you will deliver IT solutions that create quantifiable business value.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Customer & Business Alignment Ability to integrate customer perspectives and business needs into IT strategies, using Business Relationship Management practices to deliver value.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

  • College, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related subject, or relevant equivalent experience required.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

  • Significant level of relevant work experience, including supervisory experience, required.
  • Broad business knowledge required.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage portfolio governance processes, including resource management, prioritization, and AOP/budgeting. Support value delivery.
  • Manage execution of programs/projects to ensure delivery on-schedule, on-budget and within defined scope. Manage project interdependencies.
  • Manage delivery quality across multiple IT projects & products to ensure adoption.
  • Support product-centric operating model transition.
  • Technology enablement support new platforms, tools, technology introduction, legacy system transition, collaborate with architects & technical leads on solutions design & deployments.
  • Financial Management - support delivery of the technology financial plan. Collaborate with the Finance team on budget, forecast and financial metrics.

Additional Skills:

  • People management skills to manage project and product teams.
  • Change management expertise communication, stakeholder management.
  • SDLC and agile delivery lifecycle
  • Experience with agile & waterfall methodologies preferred.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Agile/Scrum and/or SAFe certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in portfolio management tools (Jira, MS projects, Smartsheet).
  • Emotional intelligence

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidates qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
