Description
Starting Salary Range: $77,000.00 - $87,000.00 - position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met. As our Technical Writer / Procedure Analyst, you will help MISO with interpreting complex technical information and translating it into procedures, reports, work level instructions, and job aids. You will proactively analyze existing documentation for quality and accuracy and partner with subject matter experts to develop changes. You will need to utilize your impeccable communication and attention to detail skills ensuring accurate and timely updates while also considering downstream impacts. Additionally, as our Technical Writer / Procedure Analyst, you will drive data analysis and visualization for Operations Support. You will iterate on existing department-wide metrics and grow visualization opportunities that allow customers to understand how the department meets business needs. You will also have the opportunity to work on process improvement efforts to enhance technical training efforts that develop system operators that support the electric grid.
