The Associate Director leads the integration of career education and professional development into the fabric of the institution. The Associate Director will drive a university-wide strategy to embed career education into the curriculum, empower faculty and staff to engage students in career design, and scale innovative, data-informed solutions that prepare students for meaningful careers. The Associate Director of Career Design & Integration reports to the Executive Director of the Career Design Center. The Associate Director directly supervises 3 Career Design Specialists.
