Ingram Content Group (ICG) is seeking an Accounts Payable Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for Processing all publisher account invoices received for timely terms payment, to include publisher sales compensation reporting, payments, and communications.

Required Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year experience with data entry and Accounts Payable

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processes all publisher account invoices.
  • Works publisher statements.
  • Processes credit & debit memos.
  • Works the exception report.
  • Processes settlements.
  • Responds to publisher inquiries timely and accurately.
  • Verifies any payment or invoice discrepancies.
  • Processes manual invoices.
  • Reconciles publisher accounts.
  • Develops and maintains excel spreadsheets.
  • Files weekly/monthly paperwork.
  • Partners with Shared Services Team and helps provide backup for Team absences.

Hiring Salary Range:$19.67/hr -$24.15/hr. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
