WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

The Build and Test Acceleration team's mission is to reduce latency and wasted time in the software build and test cycle. We work to shave seconds to hours off every single build, meaning that developers can get results from their changes much more quickly, reducing impediments to their creativity and productivity. Among other things you will be designing, building, and deploying AI-based tooling which helps us to deploy efficiency improvements across diverse codebases.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 4+ years of industry experience as a software engineer, or similar role
• General knowledge of multiple languages, and in-depth strong programming skills of at least one of: Java, GoLang, Erlang, Python, C, C++
• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Familiarity with continuous integration, deployment pipelines, monitoring and observability
• Ability to use and familiarity with GitLab and CI/CD systems
• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, driving consensus, and influencing outcomes, strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience building, fine tuning, and deploying LLM-based solutions is preferred
• BSc / MSc / PhD in relevant field (Computer Science, Math, Physics)
• Experience with DevOps, SRE, infrastructure as code, and similar is helpful
• General knowledge of Linux, Docker, Kubernetes,Terraform,AWS
• Experience with all stages in the lifecycle of developing and running software systems
