Senior Scheduling Support

Odyssey Systems is recruiting to fill a Senior Scheduler position supporting the WIN Sensors Division, at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. WIN is part of the ISR/SOF Directorate (AFLCMC/WI), who is responsible for equipping our warfighters to win the fight. The Directorate executes a large acquisition portfolio developing, producing, testing, modifying, fielding, and supporting Air Force ISR and SOF platforms, and related sub-systems. WIN is a highly capable and innovative division breaking ground on cutting edge, platform-agnostic (open architecture) sensors technology, digital acquisition including Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), and tailored acquisition strategies leveraging agile contracting. Duties include, but not limited to:

Develop program strategies regarding the IMS; perform milestone planning, tracking, and scheduling; and establish and maintain schedule model databases as required. Support with analyzing the Prime Contractor Integrate
• Develop Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) report for key program stakeholders providing information on IMS health and construction, contractor schedule performance, and projections of schedule outcomes.
• Program Management Report, including, but not limited to the contractor schedule and schedule narratives, and make recommendations to the Government Program Management team.
• Create, update, and maintain the Government IMS and incorporate the IMS into recurring tasks (e.g., key program documents and briefings) as required.
• Incorporate and link the Prime Contractor Schedule into the Government IMS.
• Conduct schedule risk/health analyses as required.
• Coordinate internal schedule analyses with the Defense Contract Management Agency and other internal and external stakeholders as required.

Minimum Required Qualifications

Clearance: Top Secret

Education & Years of Experience:

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field and ten years of experience in the respectivetechnical / professional discipline being performed, five years of which must be in the DoD
• OR, Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respectivetechnical/professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in the DoD

Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as the Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
