Description and Requirements

Position Overview:

We are seeking an Alliance Project Manager to oversee Lenovo's global Marketing Development Funds (MDF) program in partnership with NVIDIA. This high-impact headquarters role supports three Business Groups-ISG, SSG, and ISO Channels-and is responsible for managing internal alliance partnerships and investment alignment across NVIDIA's investment pillars. The Alliance Project Manager will collaborate closely with stakeholders from each Business Group, drive operational alignment, streamline investment workflows, and lead quarterly MAP (Marketing Activity Plan) review cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the global program lead for the Lenovo-NVIDIA MDF partnership across all Business Groups.
  • Manage internal MAP preparation for quarterly NVIDIA HQ budget review, including:
    • Ensuring HQ budget owners accurately input and align activities to investment strategy and KPIs.
    • Partnering with budget users to support compliance with Points of Evidence (POE) requirements.
    • Meeting all MAP entry deadlines within 15 days of each Lenovo fiscal quarter start.
  • Schedule and host global quarterly MAP review calls with Lenovo and NVIDIA stakeholders:
    • Identify and manage all necessary global participants and maintain accurate scheduling.
  • Validate strategic budget alignment with global Corporate Alliance and Business Group owners:
    • Ensure MAP entries reflect approved investment pillars and business strategy.
    • Oversee quarterly reporting and dashboards, including
      • Executive Dashboards for internal Lenovo Steering Committees.
      • Budget Utilization Dashboards by Business Unit and strategic initiative.
      • NVIDIA portal entries (budget loaded, approved, and claimed).
      • Funded Headcount Dashboards tracking approved roles, attrition, and backfills.
  • Consolidate and maintain performance tracking dashboards across Corporate Strategic Alliances, ISG, SSG, and ISO Channels.
    • Build a comprehensive interlock tracking system and ensure cadence of BU-NVIDIA engagement is maintained.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of project management, alliance management, or marketing operations experience, preferably in a global tech environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong program management and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple business units.
  • Advanced proficiency in dashboard creation and performance tracking.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with global strategic partners such as NVIDIA.
