Perform expert-level maintenance and repairs on commercial heating and cooling systems-everything from centrifugal compressors and steam turbines to screw chillers. Install full mechanical systems (chillers, rooftop units, pumps, plumbing) and fine-tune drive components using laser alignment and vibration analysis tools. Be a trusted technical advisor to our customers-offer solutions, quotes, and insight to ensure maximum system efficiency and reliability. Collaborate with skilled journeymen and support apprentices, sharing knowledge and shaping the next generation of talent.

Who You Are:
I am a skilled mechanic with 3-5+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC troubleshooting experience. Capable of working on pumps, fans, towers, chillers, boilers, compressors, and hydrocarbon/ammonia systems. Technically proficient in mechanical alignment and vibration diagnostics. Able to communicate clearly with customers-explaining the problem, root cause, and resolution. Motivated to continuously learn, mentor others, and be an ambassador for Johnson Controls' values. Holds a Universal EPA refrigerants license, plus any applicable local/state licenses. Willing to travel 10-20% as needed and join the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices.
