We are looking for an experienced individual to join us and assist managing our Engineering Team. We are committed to provide you with:

Here is what you will be doing each day:

In this role you will manage the upkeep and repair operations in the Maintenance facilities. Coordinator responsibilities include scheduling regular maintenance, managing repair activities, and ensuring the optimal working condition of our premises. Candidates should demonstrate good organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a keen understanding of maintenance planning and operations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in maintenance coordination, be familiar with health and safety regulations, and be able to ensure efficient utilization of maintenance resources.



  • Coordinate daily maintenance tasks such as repairs and inspections
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
  • Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
  • Plan and manage all repair and installation activities
  • Ensure the constant availability of required materials and equipment
  • Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance
  • Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
  • Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
  • Update maintenance logs and report on daily activities
  • Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulation


Does this sound like you?



  • At least two years experience, in Engineering Administration within the hospitality industry, luxury resorts is an advantage
  • Efficient coordinating and liaising skills
  • Superb interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in English communication
