About This Role
The Prevention Coordinator plays a pivotal role in promoting a safe, healthy, and supportive campus environment by developing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive prevention strategies related to student suicide, problematic substance use, and harmful relationships (including interpersonal violence, dating violence, and sexual assault). This position is responsible for fostering a culture of well-being through evidence-informed programming, educational initiatives, community outreach, and collaborative partnerships across the university. About Us The Morrison Family Center for Student Well-Being is an education, outreach, and support office dedicated to enhancing the physical, social, and emotional well-being of K-State students. Our main location is on the second floor of the K-State Student Union. We also have a health education division at Lafene Health Center. Worksite Description This position is On-site.
