The Senior Instructor/Trainer will be responsible for effective delivery of training programs across the organization. You will keep abreast of various training delivery techniques, business processes, products and systems. You will assist in the designing, managing, implementing and evaluating of training programs to prepare high quality and highly competent team members for meaningful contributions in the workplace.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Conducts training and education programs for providers, clinic operations, administrative departments, physician partners, and vendors as assigned
  • Participates in a team that designs, manages, and implements staff development, medical management, and clinical staff competency programs incorporating appropriate adult learning principles
  • Leverages creativity and utilizes a wide variety of methods to present education and training programs
  • Provides solid coaching and mentoring to learners for specific behavior and skill development utilizing effective feedback and motivational support techniques
  • Follows plan for professional development and actively seeks out opportunities to increase expertise in education and adult training programs
  • Complies with approved corporate policies and procedures
  • Provides excellent customer service and monitors quality service
  • Serves on corporate committees, task forces, and/or work groups
  • Other duties may be assigned based on business needs

Required Qualifications:



  • Nursing license (RN) in state of residence
  • 1+ years of experience using electronic health care software, such as authorizations systems, case management systems or an electronic health records
  • 1+ years of experience providing direct training in a variety of settings, such as live classes, 1-to-1 training and virtual training
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within Texas and outside of the market as needed
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and current automobile insurance
  • This position requires Tuberculosis screening as well as proof of immunity to Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis through lab confirmation of immunity, documented evidence of vaccination, or a doctor's diagnosis of disease


Preferred Qualifications:



  • RN/LVN/LPN
  • Experience in a health care setting
  • Knowledge of insurance and managed care principles
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with minimal direction



Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
