Overview

Exciting opportunity within the Sales Division for an MS Excel pro!

The Sales Development Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and supporting the strategic growth of Shure's North America eCommerce business. This position is responsible for delivering critical insights, managing key administrative functions, and ensuring seamless execution of sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a passion for optimizing performance in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and help shape the future of Shure's digital commerce strategy.

This role can be remote within the U.S.



Responsibilities

    Maintain weekly sales performance summaries
  • Weekly order confirmation rate summaries and product weeks of coverage reports
  • Product return rate monitoring
  • Manage product lifecycle
  • Report on sales promotion campaigns
  • Manage follow up with issues related to business
  • Monitor and root cause product rate and customer sentiment
  • Other duties as required to support Sales Director


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • 0-2 years of experience working on assignments requiring considerable judgment and self-initiative.
  • Fundamental understanding of MS Suite (proficiency with Microsoft Excel).
  • Self-starter
  • Demonstrated ability to complete tasks in creative and effective ways.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must have intermediate math skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills and literacy in Windows-based software. Amazon Vendor Central experience a plus.
  • Ability to determine methods and procedures on new assignments with little supervision.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments in fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a self-motivated team player willing to take directions.
  • Up to 10% of travel time may be required.
  • Knowledge of audio electronics a plus.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
Shure offers a competitive compensation structure that is reviewed annually to attract, hire, and retain the industry's top talent. Base salaries vary based on qualifications, geography, experience, and expertise in each respective discipline. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for the opportunity. The base salary for this position ranges from $57,000 to $96,000. This position may also be eligible for our incentive pay program, which varies based on individual and Company performance in the year. If your salary expectations do not align, still apply as we are often flexible on the seniority of posted positions. All positions also include an award-winning benefits package.
