In this integral role on the Base Pricing team, you will be leading a team of highly skilled managers directly responsible for driving the pricing strategy for existing Verizon customers. Your team will be responsible for ensuring that our current customers are on the right price plan to maximize the value that they receive from Verizon. You and your team will also be responsible for identifying opportunities and executing pricing actions that help ensure Verizon has a balance across our price plans, with an emphasis on maximizing premium plan mix. You will formulate ideas and carry them through execution and beyond to retrospective, post-program analysis, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Design targeting and segment specific strategies of the VZW consumer base which will enable the business to deliver messages and offers which are prioritized, personalized, and simultaneously beneficial to the customer and VZW. You will be responsible for executing these strategies by leading peers from other functional work groups, including (but not limited to): Business Intelligence, Marketing Communications, Mar Tech, Performance Management, Finance, Legal, IT, Market Leadership, and Product Marketing. You will be responsible for both driving bottom up data-backed recommendations as well as adapting to top down requirements from executive leadership. Responsibilities include:

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $129,000.00 - $247,000.00. The annual salary range for the New York location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $142,000.00 - $247,000.00. |
