Cold Storage Warehouse Associate

Staffmark is hiring a Cold Storage Warehouse Associate in Reno, NV. Work in refrigerated and freezer environments handling tasks like unloading, organizing inventory, and picking/packing orders. Apply today to join our team!

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Schedule: Mondays Only

Responsibilities:

• Follow all safety and cold-storage procedures
• Receive, sort, store, and stage products
• Pick, pack, and prepare accurate orders
• Inspect and verify incoming shipments
• Report discrepancies and maintain inventory records
• Safely operate warehouse equipment
• Assist with cycle counts, audits, and truck loading/unloading
• Keep work areas clean and cold-chain compliant
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 6+ months of pick/pack experience required
• Ability to lift 35-50 lbs consistently
• Comfortable working in cold/freezer environments for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Reliable, safety-focused, and productive
