CNC Programmer and Machinist

• Interpret work orders, blueprints, and engineering plans to plan machining operations, with a basic understanding of GD&T.
• Program and set up mills, lathes, and/or EDMs, including entering instructions, calculating requirements, and setting tool parameters.
• Verify machine settings and part accuracy by measuring positions and sample workpieces according to international standards.
• Perform and monitor machining operations such as drilling, grooving, turning, and thread chasing, while troubleshooting and adjusting as needed.
• Maintain documentation, communicate across shifts, and support a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Uphold safety standards, equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and confidentiality of information.
• Participate in continuous improvement through LEAN practices, quality control compliance (AS9100, ISO 9001), and ongoing education.
