Summary Job Description: Registered Nurse - Float Pool $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for External Candidates Full-Time 7p - 7a The Licensed Practice Nurse is responsible for age-appropriate patient care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Their scope of practice is determined by the Kentucky Nurse Practice Act and established Baptist Health Hardin and Nursing Service policies, procedures, and standards of practice. Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program. Current unrestricted licensure as an LPN in the state of Kentucky required. Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days of hire. Must obtain Mandatory nonviolent crisis prevention training to be completed prior to end of orientation period and maintained annually.
