Description HCL Domino developer is a professional who specializes in building and maintaining applications using the HCL Domino platform. We need someone who has experience in Domino Designer, LotusScript and other supporting languages (i.e.: .Net, JavaScript) and has experience integrating Domino and Domino Data with other systems. Development is focused on web-based applications. Skills and Qualifications: Application Development: Ability in Designing, developing, and deploying applications Proficiency in Domino Designer: Understanding the Domino Designer environment and its tools for application development. Knowledge of Domino Databases: Familiarity with the structure and management of Domino databases (.nsf files). Scripting and Programming Languages: Competence in LotusScript and JavaScript is crucial for adding functionality and logic to applications. Web Development Skills: Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is important for creating web-based interfaces. Problem-Solving: The ability to analyze and resolve issues related to Domino applications and infrastructure. Communication Skills: Effective communication with team members and stakeholders is essential for successful project delivery. Domain Knowledge: Understanding the specific business processes and workflows that the Domino applications support is helpful. Tools and Technologies: oDomino Designer: The primary environment for developing Domino applications. oLotusScript: A scripting language used for adding logic and functionality to Domino applications. oJavaScript: A widely used programming language for web development, often integrated with Domino applications. oDomino Databases (.nsf files): The data storage mechanism for Domino applications. oDomino Directory: The directory service used to manage users, servers, and groups within a Domino domain. oDomino Server: The runtime environment for Domino applications.
