The Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic partner to the Global Architectural Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams, supporting approximately 900 employees. This role is accountable for delivering comprehensive HR services and day-to-day support across a wide range of functions, including but not limited to employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, organization support and structure design, talent acquisition, employee benefits and compensation.
Required:
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
- HR Certification (SHRM or PHR/SPHR)
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as Human Resources Generalist, Business Partner, or Manager
- Experience in investigating and resolving employee relations and loss prevention matters
- Experience in performance management, career planning, and career development techniques
- Familiarity with compensation review, incentive plans and benefits programs
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases

- Experience providing HR support in a multi-location environment
