Primary Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather business requirements and identify processes and user needs
  • Manage critical projects that enhance efficiency and drive business growth
  • Support change management by assessing current business processes, identifying gaps and driving meaningful improvements
  • Champion and facilitate core Agile / Scrum framework within assigned projects
  • Document business requirements using UML, process flows and use cases
  • Analyze and document business processes and requirements specific to the Healthcare i.e., Risk Adjustment
  • Develop and maintain system specifications and functional requirements
  • Document business processes, system flows, and user stories; support test case development and defect triage
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve healthcare business processes
  • Work closely with IT teams to design, develop, and implement system solutions
  • Translate business needs into system requirements and validate that proposed solutions meet business goals and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA)
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
  • Prepare and present reports on system performance and project status
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise security protocols and regulatory standards throughout the transition
  • Utilize Rally for Agile project management and tracking
  • Create process flow diagrams and documentation using Draw.io

Required Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role withing the Healthcare industry
  • 6+ years of experience obtaining and documenting business and functional requirements
  • 6+ years of experience with Agile process/ Kanban methodologies
  • 6+ years of experience in solid understanding of healthcare business processes and system analysis techniques
  • 6+ years of experience with discovery, documentation, and validation of business needs
  • 5+ years of experience with writing user stories and supporting backlog grooming
  • 3+ years of experience with defining test scenarios, supporting UAT, and analyzing defects


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Healthcare experience a plus in regard to Risk Adjustment or HEDIS
  • Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software, including Rally
  • Proven excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of cross-functional business operations
  • Outstanding communication and people skills with a strong customer service attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
