Job Title: Bilingual Member Services Specialist (Spanish Required) Hourly Rate: 19/hour Location: Miramar, FL 33025 Hybrid after training (3 days in office, 2 days remote) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM or 9 AM-6 PM Duration: 6 months What You'll Do: * Help members with questions, issues, and account needs by phone, email, or fax * Promote and explain credit union products and services * Handle basic transactions like transfers, withdrawals, and loan payments * Make outbound calls to follow up with members or assist with sales * Provide excellent customer service and meet performance goals * Stay calm and professional with upset or frustrated callers * Use good listening and communication skills to resolve issues * Work well with different personality types over the phone Requirements: * Fluent in Spanish and English * At least 2 years of call center experience * High school diploma * Experience in banking, financial services, or insurance is a plus * Must pass a drug test Nice to Know: * Small, quiet, and professional call center (about 10 people) * Passionate about helping members navigate their financial journey * In-person interview * Looking to improve team quality after past vendor issues Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
