*Job Title: Customer Service Representative* Job Description As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound calls related to customer orders, provide updates, and troubleshoot issues over the phone. Your role will include following up with customers through outbound calls and emails, assisting the sales team with processing contracts and invoices, and supporting various projects. Expect to manage a call volume of 40-50 calls per day.
Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: * Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and web to provide product information, pricing, and availability. * Generate quotes, process orders, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. * Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. * Collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate order fulfillment. * Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs. * Support outside sales representatives with lead generation, appointment setting, and customer follow-up. * Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams. * Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Qualifications: * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * 2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. * Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. * Essential Skills * Strong customer service skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook. * Ability to type at least 45 words per minute. * Excellent critical thinking skills. * Empathy and action-oriented mindset Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
