Description Project Management for Complaints and Restitution Programs: * Stand up and manage the centralized Complaints program execution plan for Enterprise Technology and Operations which will include the following: * Update existing procedures and create new procedures covering complaint intake, triage, remediation, establishment of 1st line SLAs, 1st line tracking and reporting * Work with team to identify cross functional stakeholders and align process and procedures to execute against policy and standards * Identify, track, and project manage training and communication deliverables * Work with Change Management team to continue Enterprise Technology and Operations execution plan for Restitution Program * Finalize business readiness deliverables for publication of new Restitution Standard and track completion * Update existing procedures and create new procedures mapped to new standard including intake, triage, remediation, establishment of 1st line SLAs, 1st line tracking and reporting * Work with team to identify cross functional stakeholders and align process and procedures to execute against new Restitution Standards * Identify, track, and project manage training and communication deliverables Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
